Coach Transformation conducts an ICF accredited Executive coaching certification training program in Pretoria, Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Durban in South Africa. We are an ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited professional executive coaching certification training institute in South Africa and other parts of the world. This executive coaching program is a part of our level 2 coaching certification course, which is the Senior Certified Professional Coach (SCPC). This level 2 course for Executive Coaching Training includes 10 days of classroom training to complete a total of 125 coach-specific hours, as this course is approved by ICF for 125 hours of coaching. Those who find it difficult to attend classroom training due to a super tight schedule also have the option to join, attend, and complete this executive coaching course online. Certified executive coaching course also includes 10 hours of mentor coaching as per the ICF guidelines. Coach Transformation conducts 10 hours of mentor coaching in two methods as per the guidelines of the ICF: 7 hours of group mentor coaching and 3 hours of one-to-one mentor coaching.
Once you complete this certified executive coaching program, you can start practicing coaching professionally as an ICF Certified Professional Executive Coach in South Africa or anywhere in the world. The entire executive coaching certification training takes 9-12 months from the time you attend the first workshop in South Africa. We conduct coaching training in 3 different formats; Regular, Weekly, and Weekend. You can attend any executive coaching training program according to your schedule and course availability.
This Coach Transformation executive coach training program is one of the best executive coaching certification training programs as it is packed with learning experiences of learning new organization development coaching models, change management models and tools, team and group coaching models, other coaching tools and techniques, ICF core coaching competencies, and practicing them by applying them in your coaching practice sessions and further getting a detailed feedback report on your coaching skills from your coach trainer.
After you complete 125 hours and 10 hours of mentor coaching, coaches will undergo an optional coaching specialization module for the executive coaching training course in South Africa, which is a 10-hour module in which 5 hours are to refine your coaching skills more advanced in your particular niche and 5 hours are assignments. You will receive the distinguished designation of a Senior Certified Professional Coach (SCPC) from Coach Transformation. You can obtain your PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credentials from ICF by submitting our certificate along with the other necessary documents after completing the course.
