ICF Executive Coaching Certification in Ireland | Executive Coaching Courses

We got executive coaching course approved from ICF for 60 hours of coaching training; we cover this entire course in 3 months of training with 3.5 hours of weekly online face to face training. It includes 10 hours of mentor coaching which is conducted as 7 hours as group and 3 hours of individual training. Once you reach this far, then you will go through 10 hours specialization module to master your coaching skills into executive coaching skills, this specialization module is also approved by ICF. CTA also offers an optional module called business builder module, those who wish to become a coach can undergo this module to start and establish coaching business as an executive coach successfully.

Coaches will have an immense learning experience of development models, change management models and tools, team and group coaching models and the other important executive coaching tools and technique, ICF coaching competencies and you will also practice core competencies of coaching and apply them in your executive coaching program practice sessions.

After you complete all the modules, you will undergo a final performance evaluation to ensure the learning effectiveness and application of learning.

After successfully completing the performance evaluation, you will be awarded with Coach Transformation Academy’s Certified Executive Coaching certification. This certificate is valid with ICF and will need to submit to ICF to get ICF ACC Level credentials.
